The WTO Headquarters in Geneva will host the meeting between the opposite parties on the case “US – Steel and Aluminium Products (EU)” (DS548) and the panel that scheduled the meeting agreed upon opening it to public viewing. Specifically, the panel planned to begin the event at 10:00 am on the day of the 4th November, 2019, and provided for a two-day term to finish the related incumbents upon panel’s decision. In particular, this public viewing will be purported with a closed-circuit television broadcast and any interested party can submit the application form until the 28th October, 2019. For what concerns the connected disputes, namely US – Steel and Aluminium Products (Norway) (DS552) and US – Steel and Aluminium Products (Switzerland) (DS556) the panel decided to host the public meeting at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva as well respectively on the 6th and 7th November, 2019, for Norway and the 12th and 13th for Switzerland.
