From April 30^th, 2020, the European Securities and Markets Authority, ESMA, made available its annual transparency calculation and data collection for bonds and equity-like instruments, in accordance with what the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and Regulation (MiFIR) provided. Specifically, the report contained systematic internaliser calculations for equity, the annual transparency calculations of the large in scale (LIS) and size specific to the instruments (SSTI) thresholds for bonds, equity-like instruments and bonds, and new data for bonds subject to the requirements of MiFID II and MiFIR. The format in which these data will be available is through an excel format. For each ISIN, ESMA will also issue two records with this kind of calculation while, as it was stated on April 9^th, 2020, no transparency calculation will be available for other non-equity instruments for the time being.
